Overview

FxMedSupport offers numerous integrations with Cerbo, including: a Quickbooks Online integration, an app for your patients, and a bi-directional calendar sync for Google.  There are over 50 integrations that FxMedSupport provides as add-ons to Cerbo. Hundreds of clinics currently use them to improve their workflows and processes within Cerbo.

Setting Up the Integration

Integration setup takes minimal effort for the clinic, FxMedSupport and Cerbo. If looking to set up the integration, follow the directions here or look for similar instructions emailed to you from the FxMedSupport Team.

  1. The Clinic will sign up for FxMedSupport
  2. A Superadmin at the Clinic will send a support email to the Cerbo team requesting API activation.
Note: The sender of this email must have superadmin rights at the clinic to make this request.

Details: Turning Off/ Disabling the Integration

If you need to cancel/disable the integration for FxMedSupport, we recommend first taking steps to cancel with FxMedSupport. To turn things off on Cerbo's end, the process is as follows:

  1. Uncheck the boxes for the penguin/red box features from Admin > Manage > Integrations > FXMedSupport
  2. Remove the FxMedSupport user from Admin > Manage > Users
  3. Remove the API user(s) from Admin > Manage > Integrations > API User Management
(pk_fxmedsupportAPI and, in some cases, pk_nutrimentrxAPI)
  4. Remove any webhooks under Admin > Manage > Integrations > General webhooks for third parties
(these will not always be on, so skip if you don't see any webhooks setup here!)
