Overview

You can search all encounter notes for a patient to find specific notes or details by expanding the encounter notes block.

You can open up ALL of a patient's encounter notes in a sortable, searchable view by clicking on the window icon at the top right of the Encounter Notes block on the patient's chart.

That will open the encounter note history in a running list, with a keyword search bar and a clickable, dynamically sized list of all their diagnoses at the top. 

Clicking on a diagnosis in that list will apply a filter to show only notes with that diagnosis in the Assessment OR as a keyword in the encounter note text. It will also highlight all instances of that diagnosis or keyword in the encounter list below.

You can also click on the column header of any column to sort by that column. And you can type in the search bar at the top to search all the notes by keyword.
