Exporting Patient Emails

Overview

You can export your patient email addresses from Cerbo for use in external communications. Follow this guide to generate and download your patient contact list.

Details

Even if you don't have the ActiveCampaign integration, sending out mass emails to your patients through your preferred bulk-email client is easy. All you'll need from Cerbo is the list of emails. To get that list:

1) Go to Admin > Advanced Pt Search and click on that (no need to click on a submenu option)

2) In the next window, filter by Patient Status at the top to see only Active or Active and Prospective patients, or apply any other filters you want.

To get all patient emails, leave the filters unchanged and click the "Generate This Report" button at the bottom.

3) In the report that appears, click on "Output List of Emails" at the upper right to generate a comma-separated list of those patients' email addresses:
 

4) Copy the email list and paste it into your preferred mass-emailing program (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Active Campaign). We strongly advise against using regular email programs (like Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) for mass emails, as they risk blacklisting and lower deliverability.

If you must use a regular email program (not recommended), place the email list in the BCC field to protect patient privacy.
