Overview

To integrate your Active Campaign account you will need to get your API access information, and enter that into your Cerbo EHR under Admin > Manage > Integrations. Note that API information should be kept secure. Please DO NOT send this information via email.

To find your API keys in ActiveCampaign, click on Settings in the righthand menu. If you do not see a sub-menu appear, hover over that menu near the top, and click on the double rightward-pointing arrows that appear >> to expand the Settings sub-menu. Click on Developer.

Copy the URL and Key that appear under API Access at the top. Use that information to setup your integration under Admin > Manage > Integrations > ActiveCampaign in Cerbo. Let us know at support@cer.bo when that is done if you want us to sync over your existing patients. Going forward, newly added patients will be automatically synced to ActiveCampaign.

Activate the integration in Cerbo:

Go to Admin > Manage > Integrations, then select Active Campaign.

1. Update Endpoint with your Active campaign URL (ex: https://mycerbourl.api-us1.com) Note: This is NOT your Cerbo  URL. It's the URL listed in your Active Campaign account)

2. Update API key (this is a long alphanumeric string)

When everything looks good, press 'Activate Integration'

If you have patients in Cerbo that you need to sync into Active Campaign you can use this link:
[CERBOEHR].md-hq.com/admin/tools/active_campaign/load-in-patients.php?limit=[total number of patients]

Replacing [CERBOEHR] with the unique part of your Cerbo EHR's URL, and [total number of patients] with the total number of patients that you have in Cerbo that you want to sync to Active Campaign.

This can take a while, just leave the tab open while it syncs, once it is finished you will see a long list of all the patients that were synced to Active Campaign.
